What is Neuro Linguistic Programming - NLP?
The field of NLP was co-created in the 1970's by Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder who pondered the question: What makes the difference between someone who excels at a skill and someone with basic competence? From this, they developed technology around how we take in information through our senses (neurology), translate it into language (linguistic) and make patterns or mental models (programs) that influence our behavior. It offers a toolkit of methods for dealing with ife's challenges and opportunities.
Why I'm passionate to learn and share my NLP knowledge?
I am grateful to teachers and friends who were there for me when I needed support. I truly believe that sharing will make the world a better place. My objective is to offer bite-size NLP courses for those who are interested in helping themselves to have a better life through NLP yet they don't need to be well-versed in the discipline.
